Yes, your personal information is securely stored in our database with the same encryption. You have the option to make this information available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop from us. You also have the option to buy as a guest and then we do not keep any of your information.

Absolutely not: We do not release any of your information with anyone under any circumstances. Information on personal details you provide us will be used to process your order. We do not provide your information to a third party.
How can I make payment? If I use credit card, when will my credit card be charged?
You can make payments using credit card via our payment procressor stripe – or cash if selecting picking up option. Credit cards are charged at the time of the order, before the order is shipped out. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once the payment is approved.
When is my order shipped and how do I track my order?
Upon receipt of payment, we will make every effort to process and dispatch shipment withing 2 working days however due to volumes, please allow up to 3 days for shipment time. Please read our Terms of Sale prior to placing an order.
What is your return policy?

How do I find a product?
You can browse our online store through categories by clicking on the main menu button links to find what you are looking for, you can also click on ‘Search’ and type a search term related to what you are looking for and all corresponding results will be displayed. You can look up by category of your animal and search through these also.
Can I buy from overseas?
Yes, you can buy from overseas however PLEASE CONTACT US TO PLACE AN ORDER – We will need to confirm the shipping costs. (Our website will not allow orders to br processed outside of New Zealand.) We will notify you of the costs to ship and if you are happy with the total cost, once payment is made, we will be more that happy to ship your order.
