TERMS OF SALE

Please read carefully before ordering. Placing an order signifies you have read and agree to our policies.

We would like to make ordering as hassle free as possible!

Payments accepted: Major credit cards through our payment processor Stripe.

Office hours:
Monday through Friday 10 am to 2 pm
Closed on public holidays.

We DO NOT hold responsibility for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Local Order may be able to pick up from office

Local customers may pick up orders by making prior arrangements with us, this will enable you to save shipping cost – contact us if you wish to pick up to arrange time and date for this.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Shipping of products are only done during our office hours. We ship our products through courier services.

All efforts are made to ship orders within 48 hrs of receiving orders however, this is not always possible due to order volume, so please allow up to 3 business day to ship your order.

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days thus do not count these days towards your total ship time.

If for whatever reason our warehouse is closed, we will make every effort to notify you prior to you making the purchase.

We cannot ship to P O Box addresses.

Package Damage or Shortages

If upon receipt of your order, any items are damaged or missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.  Please save the damaged items and the original packaging and send us photos of damaged goods and package as it is. These must be available for us to file a claim with our courier company.

If these are not provided to us within the specified time, we will be unable to reship the replacement product.

Returns

Any unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, please notify us of this as soon as possible. Please contact us for a return authorisation.

A 10 % restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping the product back, will be incurred.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be issued within 48 hours after the product has been inspected by us. Returns will be processed by same method as payment was made.

Any product that has been opened cannot be returned.

Privacy Policy

Vet Remedies Ltd firmly agrees and believes that confidential information should remain confidential. We only use your personal information for the purpose of filling your orders and communicating with you regarding your order. We never sell or share your personal information with a third party.

Liability/Disclaimer

We as manufacturers, stand by quality of our Vet Remedies branded products. Products that are not manufactured by us are offered in good faith but without guarantee or warranty of any kind.

While we test the Vet Remedies brand products, we cannot make any guarantee that these products will agree with everyone.

All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

International Orders

Please contact us directly to place an order as we will have to notify you of additional shipping costs and only upon agreement of this, will we proceed further.
